Founded in May 2022, Hors Champs Réunion Association was established by Estelle JOMARON-GALABERT, Arnaud BOULARD, Nabilah DODAT, and Elsa DAHMANI — four audiovisual and film professionals united by a shared commitment to promoting and showcasing cinematic creations from the Indian Ocean region.

Through the Indian Ocean International Film Festival (FIFOI) and FIFOI: the Market, the association highlights the voices, cultures, skills and creative expressions of the territories across the basin. Working in close collaboration with local film and audiovisual industry stakeholders, it actively supports the development of the sector while strengthening the international visibility, attractiveness, and distinct identity of our region.
