Synopsis

Madagascar, today. Kwame, 20 years old, tries to make a living in the illegal sapphire mines. After an unexpected event, he must return to his hometown, where he reconnects with his mother, old friends, but also the corruption that plagues his country. Torn between conflicting emotions, he will have to choose between easy money and brotherhood, individualism and awakening to political consciousness.
